About Us

We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment, and promptly thereafter for any scheduled visit. We regret that late arriving clients will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for the full service fees. (Your treatment will end on time so that the next client will not be delayed.) A tranquil environment is necessary to the spa experience; we ask that you please turn off cellular telephones and other electronic devices upon arrival so that they may not disrupt the serenity of the spa. We ask that you please leave valuables elsewhere as we are not responsible for article lost or stolen.

Appointment

A credit card or gift certificate is required to reserve all spa service appointments valued over $60.00. Payment and processing will only be collected upon completion of the spa service or in the event of a “no-show.” (Please refer to our Cancellation section.)

Cancellations

In the event that you cannot keep a scheduled appointment time, we ask that you please call us at 210-372-0700 in order to provide us with as much advance notice as possible. If you fail to notify us and fail to show up for a scheduled appointment time, All About Me Day Spa reserves the right to charge fully for the breach of commitment.

Children To maintain a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, All About Me Day Spa welcomes participants over the age of ten. No child may be left unsupervised in the spa.

Our aim is to offer you a comfortable experience. Your wishes, modesty, and privacy will always be respected. If at any time you are not completely comfortable, whether it is the pressure of the massage or the volume of the music, please let us know. Also, wearing undergarments is your choice. If you wish you may also choose to wear a bathing suit or shorts.

Gift Certificates

All of our services and retail products are available in gift certificate form. Gift certificates may be purchased for specific spa services or packages or in a requested total dollar amount. Gift certificates are not refundable. Gratuities are not included in service or package gift certificates.

Gratuities

Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion. They should reflect your level of satisfaction with our services.

We accept cash, Debit Card, personal Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Returns

We anticipate that our retail products delight you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, product returns will be honored with the store credit for services or retail products within 14 days of purchase.
